The OSG 7813026 is a solid carbide milling insert designed for high-performance metal cutting in demanding machining environments. Carrying ANSI and ISO designation ZDKT11T308SR-GL, this parallelogram-style insert features a TiAlN coating applied via PVD process, delivering strong oxidation resistance and extended tool life at elevated cutting temperatures. It offers 2 cutting edges, a positive rake geometry, and a chamfered and honed cutting edge style. With a maximum depth of cut of 0.0551 inches and a corner radius of 0.80 mm (1/32 inch), it is suited for finishing and semi-finishing operations. Licensed machinists and CNC operators working with stainless steel and steel workpieces are the primary installers.

This insert is intended for use in milling applications targeting stainless steel (ISO material code M) as the primary workpiece material and steel (ISO material code P) as the secondary.
