The OSG 6410500 is a single-end square end mill from the OSG Series 641 line, ground from Powdered Metal High Speed Steel (PMHSS) grade VC10. It carries a 0.375-inch cutting diameter, a 0.75-inch length of cut, and a 30-degree spiral helix designed to reduce chatter and improve chip evacuation. With four right-hand flutes and a bright, uncoated finish, this tool is suited for general-purpose milling operations where consistent geometry and sharp edges are critical.
