The OSG 5222105 is a double-end square end mill designed for precision milling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals in machining centers and manual mills. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers heat and wear resistance well above standard HSS tools. The TiN (titanium nitride) coating further extends tool life by reducing friction and increasing surface hardness. At 0.625 inches in diameter with a 1.125-inch length of cut and a 4.5-inch overall length, this tool fits standard 5/8-inch collets and toolholders.
