The OSG 5209500 is a 2-flute cobalt square end mill designed for milling operations in ferrous and high-temperature alloy materials. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, it delivers heat resistance and edge retention beyond standard HSS tooling. The cutter measures 13/32 inches (0.4063 inches) in diameter with a 13/16 inches (0.8125 inches) length of cut, a 3/8 inches shank diameter, and a 2-1/2 inches overall length. The 30-degree right-hand spiral helix promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces chatter during cuts. Centercutting geometry allows plunge entry.
