The OSG 5200105 is a cobalt square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. Built to M42 cobalt material grade, this single-end tool features a 1/8 inch (0.125 inch) cutting diameter and a 3/8 inch length of cut. The spiral flute geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action. A titanium nitride (TiN) finish adds surface hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life in ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
