The OSG 5200100 is a cobalt square end mill designed for precision milling of ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials in production and job-shop environments. Built from M42 cobalt high-speed steel, this tool offers superior heat resistance compared to standard HSS end mills, making it well suited for stainless steel, alloy steels, and work-hardening materials. The 1/8 inch cutting diameter pairs with a 3/8 inch shank for use in standard collet chucks and end mill holders. With a 30-degree helix angle and spiral flute geometry, it produces efficient chip evacuation and smooth cutting action during peripheral and slot milling operations. Installed and operated by machinists and CNC tooling technicians.

This end mill is intended for use in vertical machining centers, knee mills, and manual milling machines where a 3/8 inch tool holder or collet is available.
