The OSG 484-125011 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in a wide range of metalworking and machining applications. It features a 1/8 inch cutting diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 3 inch overall length with a matching 1/8 inch shank diameter. The four-flute geometry and 30-degree helix angle provide efficient chip evacuation and a smooth cutting action. A TiAlN (titanium aluminum nitride) coating improves heat resistance and extends tool life during high-speed cutting operations. This end mill is centercutting, allowing plunge cuts in addition to standard peripheral and slot milling passes.
