The OSG 48106421 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding metalworking applications. Built to a 2 mm diameter with a 0.5 mm corner radius and 4 right-hand spiral flutes, this tool delivers both roughing and finishing capability in a single end configuration. The extended-reach design features an 8 mm reach length and a 6 mm straight-cylindrical shank, giving machinists clearance in tight pockets and cavities. A WXS PVD coating improves wear resistance and thermal performance when cutting ferrous and high-hardness materials. Licensed machinists and CNC tool-room techs are the primary installers of this tooling.

This end mill is engineered for use in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Its 0.8 mm length of cut, medium helix style, and normal pitch make it well suited for fine detail work and shallow profile passes in close-tolerance machining environments. Installation Notes
