The OSG 462-250011 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining environments. Built from micrograin solid carbide, it delivers the rigidity and edge retention needed for ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The TiAlN (Titanium Aluminum Nitride) coating increases surface hardness and thermal resistance, extending tool life at elevated cutting speeds. With a 0.25 inch cutting diameter, a 1.125 inch length of cut, and a 3 inch overall length, this is a long-series tool suited for applications requiring additional reach.
