The OSG 457110211 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for demanding metal removal and finishing operations. Built on OSG Series 4571, it features a 10 mm cutting diameter, a 1 mm corner radius, and four helical flutes with a high-helix geometry that promotes chip evacuation and surface finish quality. The WXS PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection, extending tool life when cutting hard and abrasive workpiece materials. With a 15 mm length of cut and a 100 mm overall length, this single-end, centercutting tool handles both roughing and finishing passes. It is installed in a straight-cylindrical toolholder shank setup and is sold individually.

This end mill is designed for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
