The OSG 457106311 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding material applications. Built around a 6 mm diameter with a 0.5 mm corner radius and four helical flutes, this single-end, center-cutting tool is engineered for both roughing and finishing operations. It carries a WXS PVD coating that extends tool life when working in abrasive and high-hardness workpiece materials. The 45-degree high helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces heat buildup during aggressive cuts.
