The OSG 457007011 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining environments. It features a 7 mm cutting diameter with a 1.5 mm corner radius, which reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and extends tool life in demanding applications. The 4-flute, right-hand cutting geometry and micrograin carbide substrate deliver consistent chip evacuation and surface finish. WXS coating provides additional wear resistance and heat protection at the cutting zone. This tool is installed and operated by machinists and CNC programmers in job shops, production facilities, and tool rooms.

This end mill is suited for finishing and semi-finishing passes on ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a radiused corner profile is required. Installation Notes
