The OSG 412-3125 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precise milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. It features a 5/16-inch cutting diameter, a 1/2-inch length of cut, and a 2-inch overall length in a stub configuration. The two-flute spiral design runs with a 30-degree helix angle and right-hand cut with right-hand flute orientation. Manufactured from micrograin solid carbide and left uncoated, this end mill delivers consistent edge integrity in finish and light roughing passes. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry directly into the workpiece.
This end mill is suited for general-purpose slot milling, profiling, and plunging in ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
