The OSG 404-187505 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining environments. It measures 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) in cutting diameter with a 5/8 inch length of cut and a 2 inch overall length. The 4-flute, spiral-flute geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes on a wide range of workpiece materials. A titanium nitride (TiN) finish adds surface hardness and wear resistance, extending tool life in production settings. This end mill is centercutting capable, allowing direct plunge entry.
