The OSG 402-296911 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision metal removal in milling operations. Built from micrograin carbide and finished with a TiAlN coating, it delivers hardness and heat resistance suited to ferrous and non-ferrous material cutting. The 2-flute, spiral-flute geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation while maintaining a clean cutting edge. At 19/64 inches in diameter with a 13/16-inch length of cut, this tool is sized for slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling in tight-tolerance applications. It is centercutting, allowing plunge entry without a pre-drilled pilot hole.

This end mill fits standard CNC machining centers, manual knee mills, and similar milling equipment using a 5/16-inch collet or end mill holder.
