The OSG 36701011 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. It features a 3/16 inch diameter, a 0.02 inch corner radius, and four helical flutes ground from micrograin carbide substrate for consistent edge integrity. The WXL PVD coating provides enhanced hardness and heat resistance, extending tool life across a wide range of workpiece materials. This is a single-end, centercutting tool with right-hand flute direction and right-hand cutting direction, suitable for both roughing and finishing operations. Machinists and CNC operators install this end mill in standard toolholders for general-purpose milling work.

This end mill is suited for milling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
