The OSG 36700611 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in demanding machining environments. With a 1/8 inch (0.1250 inch) mill diameter and a 0.02 inch corner radius, this single-end tool generates a controlled radius at the cutting edge to reduce stress concentrations and extend tool life in both roughing and finishing operations. The 4-flute, right-hand helical geometry runs at a medium helix angle of 30 degrees and is finished with OSG WXL PVD coating for enhanced wear resistance and heat management. This tool is sold individually and weighs 0.2 pounds.
The OSG 36700611 is suited for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials, covering ISO material groups P, M, K, N, S, and H. Its centercutting design allows plunge entry, making it versatile for slot milling, profiling, and pocket work. The regular-length configuration, with a 1/2 inch length of cut and 1-1/2 inch overall length, fits standard toolholder setups commonly found on CNC machining centers and manual mills. The micrograin carbide substrate supports the tight tolerances required in precision component manufacturing.

Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC setup technician.
