The OSG 3131603 is a square end mill designed for precision milling operations in metalworking and machining applications. Built from solid carbide micrograin stock, it delivers the rigidity and edge retention needed for small-diameter work. The mill measures 0.0236 inches in cutting diameter with a 0.0354-inch length of cut and a 0.1575-inch shank diameter. A 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation, while the WXL coating improves wear resistance and reduces friction at the cutting edge. Center-cutting geometry allows plunge entry. This tool is single-end, right-hand cut, with right-hand flute direction.
This end mill is suited for fine-detail slot milling, profiling, and contouring in hardened or abrasive materials where a small-diameter, high-precision tool is required.
