The OSG 300-2520 is a solid carbide chucking reamer designed for precision hole finishing in general machining applications. With a 6.4 mm (0.2520 inch) diameter and a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0004 inches, this reamer delivers consistent, accurate bore sizing in production and job-shop environments. The bright, uncoated solid carbide construction provides rigidity and wear resistance across a range of workpiece materials. At 83 mm overall length with a 29 mm flute length, the 300-2520 fits standard drill chucks and collet holders on CNC machining centers, lathes, and drill presses.
