The OSG 300-1130 is a solid carbide chucking reamer designed for precision hole finishing in general machining applications. Built to wire gauge size 33, it produces a reamed diameter of 0.1130 inches with a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0004 inches, making it suitable for close-tolerance fits in production and job-shop environments. The tool features a straight flute geometry with a right-hand cutting direction and a bright, uncoated carbide substrate. Overall length is 2.25 inches with a 0.625-inch flute length. Machinists and toolroom technicians use this reamer with a standard drill chuck or collet holder on CNC machining centers, lathes, and drill presses.
This reamer is intended for general machining applications where a finished bore in the 0.1000 to 0.1499 inch diameter range is required. The straight flute design is well suited for reaming through-holes in a variety of materials. The straight cylindrical shank accepts standard chucking in collets and drill chucks commonly found in machine shop setups. It does not incorporate coolant-through capability, so flood coolant or cutting oil applied externally is the standard approach for heat management during the cut.

Installation and use of this reamer should be performed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and locked out before mounting or removing the reamer from the chuck or collet. Use appropriate cutting fluid or flood coolant applied externally during operation, as this tool does not have coolant-through capability. Inspect the shank seating and runout before commencing the reaming operation to protect bore tolerance.
