The OSG 300-1110 is a solid carbide chucking reamer designed for precision hole finishing in general machining applications. Built to Series 300D standards, it produces accurate, smooth bores in a wide range of materials. The reamer measures 2.25 inches overall length with a 0.625-inch flute length, and it cuts a nominal diameter of 0.1110 inches (Wire Size 34) with a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0004 inches. The bright, uncoated carbide construction provides rigidity and edge retention suited to close-tolerance work on CNC machines, manual mills, and drill presses.
This reamer is intended for shop machinists, tool and die makers, and precision manufacturing technicians working on metal components that require finished bore dimensions. It is well suited to production runs and one-off jobs where hole size consistency is critical. The straight flute geometry and right-hand cut are appropriate for through-holes and short blind-hole finishing in steel, aluminum, brass, and similar machinable metals where chip clearance is manageable.
Designed as an OEM-style solid carbide chucking reamer for general machining use in standard drill chucks and collet systems that accept straight cylindrical shanks.
Installation and use of this reamer should be performed by a qualified machinist or toolroom technician. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is powered down before mounting or removing the tool from the chuck or collet. Use appropriate cutting fluid for the workpiece material to extend tool life and maintain bore surface finish. Do not exceed the reamer's intended stock removal range — pre-drill or bore the hole close to final size before reaming.
