The OSG 2884101 is a spiral point plug tap designed for threading 0-80 UNF internal threads in a range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It carries a 2B class of fit, which is the standard tolerance for general-purpose unified inch threads. At 1.625 inches overall length with a 5/16-inch thread length and a 0.141-inch shank diameter, it is sized for precision work in small fastener applications. Right-hand thread direction is standard.
