Built from High-Speed Steel-E (HSS-E) with a TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) coating, it produces 10-24 UNC right-hand threads with a plug chamfer for reliable thread lead-in. The 3-flute spiral point geometry pushes chips forward ahead of the tap, keeping the flute area clear during blind or through-hole operations.
