The OSG 20553751 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding materials. Built to Series 2055 specifications, it features a 3/8 inch diameter, a 7/8 inch length of cut, and a 0.015 inch corner radius across 5 variable-helix flutes. The EXO PVD coating — a TiAlN-based finish — provides thermal resistance and extended tool life when machining stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium. The variable helix and variable index geometry reduce harmonic vibration during cutting. This is a single-end, right-hand cutting, center-cutting tool suited for both roughing and finishing operations.

This end mill is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where difficult-to-machine materials are the primary workpiece.
