The OSG 20481400 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling of non-ferrous metals. It features a 3/4 inch (0.7500 inch) cutting diameter, a 0.06 inch corner radius, and 3 helical flutes with a high helix angle of 45 degrees. The uncoated bright finish suits applications where coating is not required or preferred. With a 6 inch overall length and a long-length design, this single-end tool handles extended-reach cutting operations. It is centercutting, right-hand cutting, and right-hand flute direction. Licensed machinists and CNC operators in production and job shop environments install and run this tool on machining centers and CNC mills with compatible straight-shank toolholders.
