The OSG 20241400 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for material removal in non-ferrous metal applications. It features a 3/4 inch cutting diameter with a 0.06 inch corner radius and a 2-flute, right-hand helical geometry optimized for roughing operations. The extended reach design provides a 2.5 inch reach length and a 6 inch overall length, making it well suited for deeper pocket and profile work where standard-length tooling cannot reach. Center-cutting capability allows direct plunge entry. This tool is intended for use with a standard toolholder and is installed and operated by machinists in CNC milling and manual milling environments.

This end mill is primarily applied to non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass, copper, and similar materials where efficient chip evacuation and surface finish matter.
