The OSG 1653504908 is a spiral point tap in the EXOTAP VC-10 series, designed for through-hole tapping in a wide range of metals. Built from powdered metal high-speed steel and finished with a TiCN coating, this tap delivers improved wear resistance and heat tolerance compared to standard HSS tooling. With a 30.5 mm thread length and a 200 mm overall length, it is sized for production tapping applications where reach and thread engagement both matter.
