The OSG 15169505 is a cobalt jobber-length drill bit sized at wire gauge 18 (0.1695 inches / 4.31 mm) with a titanium nitride (TiN) coating for extended tool life in demanding applications. It features a 130-degree split point, a regular spiral flute, and a straight-cylindrical shank measuring 3/16 inches in diameter. Overall length is 3-9/16 inches with a flute length of 2-1/8 inches. The web is R-thinned with a tapered web configuration to reduce thrust and improve chip evacuation.
