The OSG 1500301505 is a double-end Go/No-Go thread limit gage designed to inspect 3/4-16 UN(J)F threads to a 3B tolerance classification. Built from high-speed steel with a TiN (titanium nitride) coating, the gage provides hardness and wear resistance suited to high-volume inspection environments. The Go end confirms the thread falls within the minimum material condition, while the No-Go end confirms it does not exceed the maximum. Both ends are calibrated at the factory. Machinists, quality control technicians, and tool room professionals use this gage to verify part conformance on the production floor or at incoming inspection.
This gage is applied wherever 3/4-16 UN(J)F 3B internal threads require dimensional verification — including threaded bores in machined components, fastener assemblies, and hydraulic fittings.
