The OSG 1500201200 is a double-end plug thread gage designed to verify internal M10x1.5 threads to the 6H tolerance class. One end carries the Go member and the other carries the No Go member, allowing a technician to confirm both the minimum material condition and the maximum material condition in a single tool. The gage body is manufactured from high speed steel for wear resistance and dimensional stability. A handle is included. Machinists, quality inspectors, and maintenance technicians use this gage to accept or reject tapped holes on production parts and assemblies.
This gage is suited for use in any shop or field environment where M10x1.5 tapped features must be verified to 6H class limits. Typical applications include incoming inspection of fastener bosses, in-process verification of CNC-machined parts, and maintenance checks on threaded fittings and housings. The double-end design consolidates Go and No Go functions into one compact gage, reducing the number of individual tools required at the inspection station.

Plug thread gages are hand-operated inspection tools and do not require power tools or torque specifications. Apply light, consistent hand pressure when inserting the Go member — never force the gage. The No Go member should not enter the threaded hole more than two turns; forced entry indicates an out-of-tolerance condition. Keep the gage clean and lightly oiled when not in use to prevent corrosion and preserve calibration accuracy.
