The OSG 1305800308 is a spiral flute tap designed to cut unified national coarse (UNC) internal threads in a 10-24 size. Built from vanadium high-speed steel with a V-finish coating, it delivers consistent thread quality in production and repair applications. The 2-flute, 45-degree helix design evacuates chips efficiently in blind-hole and through-hole work. The modified bottoming chamfer allows threading close to the bottom of a blind hole. At 2.375 inches overall length with a 0.194-inch shank diameter, it fits standard tap holders and machine spindles used by machinists and tool-and-die technicians.
