The tap is manufactured from high-speed steel and coated with TiCN (Titanium Carbonitride) for improved surface hardness and heat resistance. The H3 thread limit holds tolerances required for a 2B class of fit, making it suitable for standard fastener applications where consistent thread quality is critical.
