The OSG 1123705 is a straight flute tap designed to cut 5/8-11 UNC internal threads in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The plug chamfer style provides a standard entry lead of approximately 3 to 5 threads, making it suitable for through-hole and most general-purpose blind-hole applications. Thread class of fit is 3B with an H3 thread limit, ensuring consistent tolerance in production and maintenance environments. Overall length is 3-13/16 inches with a thread length of 1-13/16 inches.
