The OSG 1111504005 is a spiral point tap designed for threading M8x1.25 metric coarse threads in a wide range of metals. The plug chamfer makes it suited for through-hole tapping applications. With 3 flutes and a right-hand thread direction, it pushes chips ahead of the cutting edge to keep flutes clear.
