The OSG 1005910100 is a straight flute machine tap designed for cutting 10-24 UNC internal threads in a bottoming configuration. Built from solid carbide with a bright/uncoated finish, this tap delivers the rigidity and wear resistance required for threading hard and abrasive materials. The 4-flute geometry and bottoming chamfer allow threading to the bottom of blind holes with minimal clearance. The overall length is 2.375 inches with a thread length of 0.492 inches (fractional: 7/8 inches).
