Fitted with a 0.046-inch diameter shank for chuck or drill attachment, it carries a nylon fill loaded with alumina silicate abrasive at a 1000 grit ultra-fine grade. The brush head measures 0.105 inches in diameter with a 1-inch brush length and a 4-inch overall length. Machinists, maintenance technicians, and HVAC or plumbing tradespeople use this tool when a light, non-aggressive cutting action is needed to clean or finish small-diameter internal surfaces without damaging base material.
This brush is suited for use on small-bore tubing, heat exchanger tubes, condenser tubes, and similar internal passages where access is tight and aggressive wire brushing would cause surface damage. The helical fill pattern distributes abrasive contact evenly along the bore wall, making it appropriate for both rotary drill applications and low-speed power tools.
