The ORTRONICS LMH-LC12J is a 12-fiber fiber optic cassette designed for high-density structured cabling installations. It terminates a single MPO male connector on the rear to six LC duplex ports on the front, providing a clean breakout from backbone trunk cables to individual equipment connections. The cassette is rated for OS2 single-mode fiber, suited for long-distance, low-loss runs in enterprise, data center, and campus network environments. Licensed cabling installers and low-voltage technicians are the primary trades for this hardware.

This cassette is installed in fiber optic patch panels, enclosures, and high-density junction boxes that accept a standard cassette form factor.
