Product Description

The ORTRONICS KSFP8-13 is an 8-port, 2-gang keystone faceplate designed for structured cabling installations. It accepts standard keystone inserts and provides a clean, finished termination point for voice, data, and low-voltage network connections. The faceplate is finished in Electric Ivy and sold as a single unit. It is commonly installed by low-voltage cabling technicians and electricians during new construction or retrofit data infrastructure projects.

This faceplate is used in commercial and residential structured cabling deployments where a 2-gang wall box is the mounting base. The 8-port configuration supports high-density outlet locations, making it well suited for workstation clusters, conference rooms, or server-room patch areas. Keystone inserts are sold separately and snap into the faceplate openings.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a licensed low-voltage or structured cabling technician in accordance with applicable TIA-568 cabling standards. De-energize any circuits in the wall cavity before beginning work. Keystone inserts should be fully seated and latched before the faceplate is secured to the wall box. Do not overtighten mounting screws, as this can warp the faceplate and prevent inserts from seating properly.
