The Orbit Industries UMA-LVBS universal mounting adapter with back support fits 4S, 5S, or T5 boxes. It features sheet steel construction with a galvanized finish for strength and durability. The adapter mounts on 4-inch, 4-11/16-inch, or 5-inch square boxes. It is compatible with UL adjustable rings.

• Unique key-hole pattern permits box to be turned 90 deg and use of 4-Inch rings on any size box
• Mounting holes allow for the installation of a 4-Inch ring for low voltage applications
• Top notch offers easy access to set screw fittings
