Product Description

The Orbit Industries UFSI universal firestop insert is an intumescent thermoplastic pad designed for use as a membrane penetration fire stop in electrical boxes. It maintains the fire-resistant ratings of wall assemblies, particularly when metallic boxes on opposite sides of a wall are less than 24 inches apart. This square insert measures 3-3/4 inches in length, 3-3/4 inches in width, and 3/8 inches in height, with expansion beginning at 148 degrees C.
