The ORBIT INDUSTRIES GBLL-200 is an insulated ground bushing with a universal lay-in lug, designed to terminate service conduit to a cabinet using a standard locknut. The lay-in lug accommodates a bonding jumper connection to a neutral busbar, making it a key component in grounding and bonding applications. A plastic liner built into the bushing protects wire insulation from damage at the conduit entry point. The bushing is rated for 105 degrees C, supporting use in higher-temperature service environments. This fitting is installed by licensed electricians during service entrance and panelboard work.
The GBLL-200 is suited for residential and commercial electrical installations where a 2-inch trade size conduit must be properly grounded and bonded at the enclosure. It is commonly used at service entrance cabinets, load centers, and distribution panels where conduit termination and bonding jumper attachment are required by the NEC. The lay-in lug design allows fast, tool-friendly conductor placement without threading the wire through a barrel.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for 2-inch trade size conduit systems requiring an insulated grounding bushing with lay-in lug at cabinet terminations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). De-energize the service or feeder circuit completely before working at the enclosure. Thread the bushing onto the conduit end and secure with a locknut before inserting and torquing the bonding jumper conductor into the lay-in lug. Verify conductor sizing meets NEC bonding jumper requirements for the service or feeder being terminated.
