The ORBIT INDUSTRIES 4R050X is a 4-inch octagon box steel cover designed for use with standard 4-inch octagon electrical boxes. The cover features a 1/2-inch raised profile and an open center configuration, providing the clearance needed to mount ceiling and wall fixtures over existing wiring boxes. Fixture mounting tabs are spaced 2-3/4 inches on center and support dual-direction mounting, giving electricians flexibility in aligning fixtures. Tabs are threaded 8-32 for direct fixture screw engagement without additional hardware.
