The ONGUARD 7102200.3x is a full-body chemical protective coverall built for Level C protection in industrial and hazardous-material work environments. Constructed from 0.42mm PVC laminated over high-count nylon polyester, it provides a reliable barrier against a broad range of chemicals, fuels, oils, and wind-driven exposure. The coverall ships in size 3X and is finished in green. Key design features include an attached hood, inner cuffs, and a front zipper closure backed by a storm flap with press studs. Reinforced knees, elbows, and crotch areas add wear resistance in high-stress zones. Licensed industrial hygienists, hazmat technicians, and environmental service crews are the typical end users.
This coverall is suited for industrial plant work, chemical handling, environmental remediation, and similar applications where Level C ensemble components are specified. The adjustable waist snaps and ankle and cuff take-up snaps allow the wearer to tailor fit over base layers or work clothing. A clear ID badge pocket supports site access and identification requirements common in regulated industrial facilities. This garment is not rated or intended for Level A or Level B hazardous environments where higher-grade encapsulated suits are required.
Designed as a Level C chemical protective coverall for use in industrial hazmat, environmental remediation, and chemical handling applications where PVC-laminated barrier garments are specified.
Donning and doffing of chemical protective coveralls should follow the site-specific hazmat entry and exit procedures established by the responsible safety officer. Inspect the garment for tears, zipper defects, and delamination before each use. Decontamination procedures must be completed before removal to prevent secondary exposure. Disposal or reuse decisions should comply with applicable OSHA and site safety program requirements.
