It is insulated with glass-reinforced mica tape, providing robust protection against heat and electrical interference. The wire comes with a tan fiberglass braid jacket and is rated for six hundred volts and a temperature of four hundred fifty degrees Celsius. It can be used in equipment wiring at iron and steel mills, cement kilns, and glass plants. Additionally, it is suitable for internal wiring of cooking appliances and domestic and commercial ovens.
