The formula is urethane-fortified for added durability and includes Water Guard Plus protection to repel moisture. Advanced UV-blocking technology helps slow color fade and wood degradation from sun exposure. A Scuff Guard formula resists surface abrasion in high-traffic areas. This product delivers a mildew-resistant coating rated among the strongest in the Maximum line. It is 100% VOC compliant for use throughout the United States.
