The OLYMPIC/PPG ARCHITECTURAL FIN 56500A/01 is a clear waterproofing sealer formulated with an acrylic and oil resin blend for use on exterior wood surfaces. It delivers waterproof protection, UV resistance, mildew resistance, and scuff guard technology in a single penetrating coat. The formula soaks into the wood rather than sitting on the surface, preserving the natural look of the grain. VOC content is rated at 100. Coverage runs 250 to 350 square feet per gallon. This product comes packaged in a 1-gallon container and is designed for professional and trade application on residential and light commercial exterior wood.

This sealer is suited for pressure treated lumber, deck boards, wood siding, fences, railings, and outdoor wood furniture.
