The OETIKER BD-24049-3/8 is a 2-ear stepless clamp designed for secure, permanent hose and tubing connections in plumbing, HVAC, and general fluid-transfer applications. The clamp uses a dual-ear swaging design: when the ears are crimped with the correct pincer tool, the clamp locks down uniformly around the hose, eliminating the leak paths that worm-drive and spring clamps can leave. The nominal size is 3/8 inch, with a clamping range of 8.10 mm to 11.00 mm. The ear inner width measures 0.177 inches. A zinc-plated head coating provides corrosion resistance in wet and humid environments.

This clamp is used wherever a low-profile, tamper-resistant hose termination is required.
