The OETIKER 15300030-100 is a single-ear stepless clamp designed for permanent, vibration-resistant connections on hose and tubing assemblies. It accepts a clamping range of 15.30 to 17.50 mm and is manufactured from stainless steel for corrosion resistance in demanding environments. The band measures 0.236 inches wide and 0.039 inches thick, providing a consistent seal when crimped with an ear-clamp pincer tool. This clamp is used by plumbers, HVAC technicians, automotive service techs, and other trade professionals who require a low-profile, single-use mechanical fastening solution on flexible tubing.
The 15300030-100 suits residential and light commercial applications where a secure, non-adjustable clamp is preferred over worm-gear or T-bolt styles. Common uses include securing coolant hoses, fuel lines, refrigerant tubing insulation, and barbed fitting connections on PEX, silicone, or rubber tubing with an 11/16 inch nominal size. Its compact ear profile keeps the installed footprint small in tight spaces, making it practical for work inside equipment cabinets, manifold assemblies, and under-sink installations.
Designed as an OEM-style single-ear clamp for flexible hose and tubing with an 11/16 inch nominal outside diameter, including PEX, silicone, rubber, and similar materials within the 15.30 to 17.50 mm clamping range.
Installation requires a calibrated ear-clamp pincer or crimping tool rated for single-ear clamps; pliers should not be substituted, as they will not produce a uniform crimp. Depressurize and drain the line or shut off fluid flow before removing or installing any clamp. Single-ear clamps are not reusable once crimped and must be cut off with a clamp cutter or side cutters for removal. Follow applicable plumbing or HVAC codes, including IPC and manufacturer hose assembly specifications, when selecting clamp size and material for the application.
