The OETIKER 15100003-100 is a 2-ear stepless clamp designed for secure, permanent hose and tubing connections in plumbing, HVAC, and fluid-handling applications. Manufactured from stainless steel, this clamp features a 0.50 mm wall thickness and a 6.00 mm band width, providing consistent clamping force around the full circumference of the connection point. The 2-ear design allows the clamp to be swaged with standard pincer tools, creating a tamper-resistant, leak-resistant seal. Licensed technicians and plumbers rely on this style of clamp where push-to-connect or worm-gear clamps are not appropriate for the application.
This clamp is suited for nominal 1/4 inch tubing and hose connections in residential and light commercial systems. Typical applications include PEX tubing fittings, refrigerant-rated flexible hose assemblies, and condensate or coolant lines. The clamping range of 5.00 mm to 7.00 mm accommodates standard tubing ODs at this nominal size. This clamp is intended for single-use permanent installation and should not be re-opened and reused once swaged.
