The OETIKER 10100029-100 is a 2-ear stepless clamp designed for secure, permanent hose and tubing connections in plumbing, HVAC, and fluid-handling applications. Constructed from carbon steel with a zinc-plated head coating, this clamp delivers reliable corrosion resistance and consistent clamping force once crimped. The band measures 9.00 mm wide and 1.50 mm thick, providing a sturdy profile suited to demanding service conditions. A licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or mechanical contractor typically installs this clamp using a dedicated ear-clamp pincer tool to achieve a uniform, leak-free crimp on hose assemblies and fittings.

This clamp is used wherever a permanent, tamper-resistant hose connection is required. Installation Notes

Installation requires a dedicated ear-clamp pincer or crimping tool sized for 2-ear clamps. Depressurize and drain the relevant system before removing any existing hose clamp or fitting. Slide the clamp onto the hose before seating the hose on the fitting barb, then position the ears away from obstructions and crimp fully until the ears close completely. Once crimped, this clamp cannot be removed without cutting and must be replaced if the connection is reopened.
